Westlake Financial Services - Worst customer service and terrible attitude
It is so hard to get ahold of someone willing to listen or help you.They put you on hold and transfer you to someone else who does not want to help you.
They are so rude it is shocking. Try getting ahold of the same person twice! Even if you have a first and last name and extension of the person you talked to last - you cannot get that same person again.
The company is so disorganized, do not be surprised if they lose any paperwork, payments, etc.
you might send them by mail of fax - and don't expect them to take the blame.Employees will not transfer you, as a customer or even a business, to a manager, but if you insist on talking to a manager you might get someone who will actually try to help you.
I didn't even have a problem, just a simple question, and was treated terrible.
