I HAVE PAID THESE PEOPLE OFF. 7201270.

MY VEHICLE WAS HIT IN A PARKING LOT. THE OTHER GUYS INSURANCE COMPANY SENT ME A CHECK. IT WAS UNDER MY NAME AND WESTLAKE. I PAID THE COMPANY OFF FIRST BEFORE SENDING IN THE CHECK.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ENDORSE IT AND SEND IT BACK. INSTEAD THEY DEPOSITED IT. NOW THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND. IT'S 11,000!!!

WHAT A JOKE THESE PEOPLE ARE. STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN SAY REFUND WAS SENT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY, NO WAIT IT WASN'T, WAIT YES IT WAS. AND FINALLY THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WILL BE SENDING THIS TO YOU MA'AM. ALL LIES.

BEEN 2 MONTHS. NEXT IS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU FOR WITHHOLDING FUNDS THAT DO NOT BELONG TO YOU.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $11.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Have done that and your “company” still will not release the funds. Customer services only read the notes and know nothing of what to do but say give it few days.

Been 2 months and your company can’t figure out how to process a refund even after the insurance company told you to send the refund to ME! You keep jerking me around.
