I had a loan with these people. I got injured on my job lost my house was virtually homeless with a wife and 3 kids.

This guy comes to our door at 2am takes my car. Doesnt leave any paperwork. So im calling for 4 days trying to locate my car. Come to find out they took it to an auction yard on the US/Mexico border.

You could see Mexico from the yard. My wife picked up my car my 2016 tag had been scraped off. They were complete *** about the whole situation. This was 6 months ago.

I was told i would habe my title in 3 to 4 weeks and still havent recieved it. I call westlake and get transfered 5-10 different times.

Im fed up with their ***. I paid my bill i want my title.

I have been a customer for going on two years now and as little as last year went on disability for multiple medical problems including heart, kidney failure and other medical issues. I am waiting on neck and back surgery as well.

I have told them countless times that I am sorry that payment is late and It will get paid as soon as my disability check comes in which I recieve the third Wednesday of each month. After going on disability and trying to pay all my bills with what the Government thinks is enough to pay all cost of living expenses and medical bills is not enough. Every time I talk with this company they ask me very rudely why I am late on payment and to not let it happen again. I think that it is rude.

I have never failed to pay them even though late sometimes. Sorry I am trying to keep them paid. I am just always a couple of weeks late and never later than that. I just wish they could understand that there is hard times and when you are trying your best to get it paid on time that they would understand and work with you.

I hope to never use them again. They make so much money on the interest it is like a payday loan place.

I would not recommend you guys to anyone. I was late by 2 weeks and they came and took my car .
