i purchased 03 ford explorer february 2010. within 8 months the transmission went out.
called westlake to get a payment or to deferred so i can pay deposit to get transmission fixed. they told me no. their customer service SUCKS. i told them i was giving mechanic $1000 for repairs.
they told me dont do that they will call mechanic. to make a long story short they paid for repairs(same thing i suggested 3mos ago) reposessed truck for balance to be paid in full.WTF are there other people working there besides rude Mexicans. CSR act like they own the company, they're employees..GET IT EMPLOYEES. NO BROWNY POINTS OR BONUSES FOR BEING RUDE TO PEOPLE WHO HELP YOU KEEP YOUR JOBS.
NO CUSTOMERS....NO JOBS. IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU DO DONT TAKE IT OUT ON US....GET A BETTER JOB.
YOU MAY NEED CAUSE WESTLAKE NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS....I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH WESTLAKE AGAIN YEAH RIGHT HELP REESTABLISH YOUR CREDIT. IF THEY DID CARE THE WOULDNT HAVE HIGH INTEREST RATES.....
