We had repairs to our 2007 Vehicle of $1200 during June 2016.We still only went 45 Days late on a payment.

Yet, from 2014 to 6 mos. ago we remained “On Time” good paying customers. After trying to speak to Cust. Service Reps and let them know Issues to no avail.

We stopped answering calls that started 1 day after payment due date and continued for entire 15 days of lateness and continued each & every month. We checked that Westlaje Financial DOES NOT participate under Consumer Affairs. We do not recommend anyone going through Westlake Financial for any type of Loan. Now as of 11/15/17 we have come up to date and realize we would NEVER USE WESTLAKE EVER AGAIN!

We have overcome our late payments and we congratulate ourselves for overcoming this obstacle with NO HELP WHATSOEVER FROM ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE.

AGAIN WE STRESS.NEVER GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Worst nd lier they say something else and comes up everything change there customer service was worst they dont know how to talk to the person

Another whiner!You freely admit you were a month and a half late on your payment.

They let you slide when they could have repo'ed you! This, nor any other subprime lender is under any obligation to "help" you, me or any other borrower.

Next time you go buy gas, ask the store clerk if you can get a fill-up but pay for it two weeks later.See if they "help" you!
