We had repairs to our 2007 Vehicle of $1200 during June 2016.We still only went 45 Days late on a payment.
Yet, from 2014 to 6 mos. ago we remained “On Time” good paying customers. After trying to speak to Cust. Service Reps and let them know Issues to no avail.
We stopped answering calls that started 1 day after payment due date and continued for entire 15 days of lateness and continued each & every month. We checked that Westlaje Financial DOES NOT participate under Consumer Affairs. We do not recommend anyone going through Westlake Financial for any type of Loan. Now as of 11/15/17 we have come up to date and realize we would NEVER USE WESTLAKE EVER AGAIN!
We have overcome our late payments and we congratulate ourselves for overcoming this obstacle with NO HELP WHATSOEVER FROM ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE.
AGAIN WE STRESS.NEVER GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
