My acc. # 1022****, I have been trying to get my contract with your Bank for the past a year, for some reason I haven't received one.
I'm taking the car dealer to court, some how your bank did all the transaction without me knowing the amount of finance.
The truck was advertise for $8,000.00 and some how your bank and dealer made the contract for $11,000.00 without me been asked the amount. The dealer also submitted to state sell of $10,000.00, So hope you can help me on this matter.

Preferred solution: Find out who did the loan, n request an explaintion..
