I've tried numerous times to speak with a live agent, as I had for these past few years since I purchased this vehicle! Got one agent, transferred me to another dept., no response from a live agent!
Resolved: Crooked Jidd Auto dealer and awful finance company.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Paid off my car, and will never do business with Westlake Financial or the auto dealership, Jidd Motors again!
Got ripped off on car purchase at dealer and didn't like Westfield Financial. Never again!!! Way overcharged on financing and cheated out of a tank of gas by dealership owner!!!

Called yall for the meet and great then the customer service representative told me that my payment wasnt due till November 4 but now when I called yawls online thing to check check out the note what I owe is telling me its due October 23 of 2024 so why am I got two different payment dates supposed to be November 4. I need to know whats going on.

Horrible customer service
Every time I call, it's like I'm in customer service *** They speak English and they're talking very softly. They're rude and unhelpful as well.
If I had known this was the type of service I would receive, I would have kept you wrong.
Asking for a supervisor is a freaking joke, they are worse than the original unhelpful representatives. I literally hate this stupid bank!!!

I agree with Otis 100%. Why do you need to call?
Possibly because they can’t seem to find the check that was mailed to them over two weeks ago, like the issue I’m having again… then you call customer service and get someone who is actually willing to help you resolve this issue (for the first time EVER). This person tells you the system shows they should be receiving a check (in this instance a refinance check in the amount of $18k+) but it hasn’t had enough time to process and to call back in 2 days. You call back in the 2 days she said to be connected to some rude person who will only say, “We haven’t received anything.” Worst customer service I have EVER gotten from any company. Then, when the payment ends up being late because they can’t seem to find said check and literally 5 phone calls later, they call me to ask how I’d like to make the payment.
Shouldn’t it have been written in my file after the new finance company reached out to them before mailing the check (the only way they are willing to receive payments from third parties) and had 5 conversations with me(the customer). Again, stay FAR AWAY from Westlake Financial.

I have sent these and many other requests as well as called and spent hours on the phone with no help. Paying for a vehicle that I cannot even get registered in my new state because Westlake wont send the title to the titling agency.

The title needs sent to PW auto in the address I provided. I will be a PA resident and PA requires an enhanced inspection for the vehicle since it is a salvage title. The inspection has been completed but they need the title in order to finalize and issue the plate.

PW AUTO, 387 Prison Rd Jefferson PA 15370, mailed a certified request for title to complete registration for my vehicle as PA requires an enhanced inspection for salvage title. When will the title be mailed?
I am without a vehicle as I wait for this to be sent so that he can complete the enhanced inspection paperwork and issue my PA plate. This is the last thing needed for that to happen.

The bank keeps telling me they have released my car when I tried to pick up my car the towing company is saying the bank has not released my car who's really lying?

I just got a car financed thru them about a month ago! And the car has been sitting at the dealership with one issue after the other and they will not offer any solution to get this situation fixed after expressing many times i will not be keeping a vehicle with so many mechanical issues from the moment that contract was signed!
And to top it off just even getting someone on the phone to do their job is OUTRAGEOUS!! and dont even bother asking for a supervisor or someone above because they will NOT transfer you and if they do it will be to one of their coworkers!
They are AWFUL!! The worst bank I have everrrrr dealt with!!

First, this is NOT a bank! It's a subprime deadbeat lender.
As others have said, their ONLY responsibility is to FUND YOUR LOAN.
Did you get a warranty with this car? If not, you bought this car AS IS which means the dealership is under ZERO RESPINSIBILITY to provide you with free warranty service.

I would like to know when all of the information that the DMV and myself have sent to them, which should be about seven copies of the same documentation axing for the registration information on my car so that I can receive my tag here in the state of Houston Texas I just need to know if they received it how long it will be before I receive it because my birthday is 1 March my insurance will cancel because I do not have my K here in the state of Texas. Also, there's no insurance on my car that puts me in delinquents which none of this is my fault because I have been trying to receive information every since November 14 , the DMV here in Houston is trying to work it out with me for an extension but I don't know if my insurance company is in Atlanta is willing to work with me, or if State Farm is willing to work with me on some coverage if I knew something or the DMV status of the progress they're willing to help me so that I want to lose my car or my insurance waiting on the registration information.

I bought a car and I was told by DMV that you guys have a lein hold on it.
Apparently the vehicle was paid off, but I was told they wouldn't give me any information of how to obtain the release of the lein paperwork so I could title the vehicle I acquired.
It's ridiculous to hold someone back from titling a vehicle they purchased because of a paid off lein.
If it's paid off what's their problem?
