I made a partial payment for someone months ago and asked that they don't keep my information on file. Well guess what just got a charge posted to my credit card for 291.30 that I didn't authorize.

So I called to have my information removed and was told that they cannot remove my information WTF it's not my account so WTF can't they take my information off the account especially when I asked them not to keep it on file. So now I really have to monitor my account even though I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

westlake has poor service i will be glad when my contract is up
