On the 3rd to 5th of themonth, Westlake receives the money for my car loan. It is deducted from my account at that time.

Westlake does not apply it as payment to my account until after the 20th of every month, charging me a late fee.

Worst customer service! Do not do business with them.

I have spoken to their representatives more than once. They claim they are assisting me with the process.

They do not. Quite rude and ineffective people.


They call me about a payments plan and I owe no money to them. It’s an identity theft and fraud that using my name.
