I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions with no solution to my problems and I’m getting super upset and I need the BBB to take a look at their shady practices

We have been having the worst experience with your customer service representative in your possession Representatives. We have been trying to retrieve a vehicle since Saturday February 24th 2018 today is February 27th and we still have not got the vehicle back yet every time it's called in and we get a different representative they tell us something different every time we call in can you please look into this situation of your representatives not knowing what's going on with what's in front of the computer
