I’ve repeatedly been harassed for the past 3 months although I’ve never been late or missed a payment. I have auto pay set up for the 29th and I printed in my contract I’m not late until the 10th day however you guys call me before and after the payment is taken out of my account.
I’m over it I want to come home and relax when I get off not fuss with you guys on he phone about not calling me when my payment is already made. And then I get hung up on by reps who lie and stated there supervisors.
I’m a Sr supervisor at a call center for a major wireless company and I know my rights and right about now you guys are violating them. I need to be contacted by somebody in customer relations ASAP to get this resolve or I’ll be more then happy to take my business else where and make sure I never refer this company.
